I’m surprised this is her go to. They are cute, I have 3 pair myself but they honestly are not the most comfortable for a lot of walking/standing.

And 👀 the kicks with pale pink suit pants. It works for her. She definitely looks 5'2". Her proportions are very tricky at that height. She dworks with what she's got, pretty well

I have the same body type as her (except heavier) and even at my skinniest, it was so hard to dress for my figure. I have always had to have everything tailored. I'm keeping an eye on how she dress and once I lose the Covid 20, I will be emulating that look.

It depends on your foot shape. I have high arches, I cannot wear Chucks, but maybe her feet are flat and she doesn't need the support?

OMG can we please see Kamala Harris clothes rather than Kayleigh Mcaneneneneny inappropriatness and Vanky-needs-therapy.

Mine have orthotic insoles in them. Maybe hers do too.

Her hair is feminine but not distracting, she never wears busy prints, the colors are serious, and her jewelry is elegant and quality. Her clothes fit! It's basically the antithesis of the Trump women discussion.

I love this look.

You like gray polyester suits?

The chucks look very “Im trying hard to appeal to young and hip people, look I’m cool!”

But instead they look awkward and off.

I actually love the skirt suit pictured above on her. It looks like lambswool, not poly.

I am 47 and to me they look like someone who grew up going to punk shows, and still likes the clothes.

I have yet to see any pictures of her in her younger years that resemble anything remotely punk.

I disagree. Chucks are timeless and ubiquitous, and are basically the signature shoe of California. And according to that Elle article, she's been wearing them since at least 2011.

They are cool.

When I worked with a bunch of Obama campaign people, they dressed very much “like the people.”

But not with a suit jacket. Never a good look. She is trying to look young and cool to balance Biden looking like one foot is in the grave.

The way Biden dresses is much more current and modern than the way Trump dresses.
