Apparently $1 million was put back in the budget today to allow Shepherd to plan for it's cafeteria. Brandon Todd and his supporters are acting like this was a huge victory, but unless there is an unpublicized agreement for renovations funds, this doesn't seem like much.

Obviously $12M > $1M, but this is a fair start. Basement level egress is my #1 concern with the current building and it is going to take some actual talent to figure out how to do it successfully (ADA compliant) with that hill stuck to the west side of the building.
