How are you involved in all these sessions of crying? Are your children crying too? There are plenty of activities out there that don't result in children crying every weekend. If your children's teams are as you describe them, I would suggest switching them to a different team or league. Weekend activities should be fun, and not a cause for constant tears. Sure, all kids cry sometimes, but the amount you described is excessive, and not the norm at all.
I really think you're taking the nutcase poster just a tad too seriously! S/he's just a foolish blowhard who comes on DCUM every few months to spew nonsensical jumbles of words in the hopes of appearing intelligent. Sadly, s/he just looks ridiculous and comical. I wouldn't read too much into any of his/her posts.
