Stereotypes and misconceptions associated with your job/career

You think $160,000 is alot of money? Around here where average law firm partners make $500,000 to $1,000,000 and other professions do quite well.

My hubby is a doctor. I see the stress and the wear and tear on his body after seeing 30 patients a day every day. As a surgeon, he and other physicians also take risks while operating most folks never take on a day to day basis. Trust me, $160,000 is diddly squat for all of that. It is nice and I'm not complaining, but it isn't loads of money around here where housing costs are so high.

I think $160,000 is alot of money...it's all in perspective I guess.
