NP. This post comes from someone who hasn't ever had money concerns. I work at a somewhat toxic workplace that has potential. I make 10-25% more there than I could anywhere else. I believe in the organization's mission. I'd rather the admin fix the problems and I get to stay vs. having to job search and take a pay cut to step away and clarify my thoughts, release negativity, etc. Sometimes new leaders don't work out. |
You sound like you’re fighting to defend your low-income neighborhood from a toxic waste dump. It’s a job at a wealthy private school. Who are these desperate souls you are trying to save? What are you trying to win? |
Lol I'm not even a teacher at Holton. |

Ah ok, you can continue cyberbullying. Now everything is fine. |
At this point I hate more the teachers for winning than penny. How can you think of preventing cyberbullying among your students if you yourselves are doing it. You should be ashamed and find another job. |
What exactly is cyber bullying in this thread? |
Penny has a pretty extensive history of disturbing conduct. Also, who thought it was a good idea to invite a "psychologist" who had his license suspended for some pretty disturbing behavior on campus? |
Nothing. Everything is absolutely normal, balanced and fair. Especially since no one is disclosing their identities. |
From the teachers comments I would rather invite a psychiatrist. |
Seriously, give an example of something that was said that wasn't based on fact? |
“Penny is a garbage human being.” Is that a fact? |
^^^ Good work, crisis comms, put our tuition money to good use. |
If you treat your employees like garbage, you are not a good person. Next? |
Having a psychologist that engaged in misconduct with a patient is unacceptable |
