Oh, honey, no. No, they're not. At all. They're not cartoonish, but they're not natural either. Every single one of these is an example of a woman who felt ashamed she didn't have pornoboobs and bought herself a pair, but "tasteful" not gigantic. They're fake AF, and you'll be able to tell even when she's clothed.

If you want them, fine. But let's not lie about what's real and what's not. The boobs on the left in each of those comparisons are "real boobs" and the boobs on the right are "artificially-enhanced/augmented boobs". Period. They do not look real, and won't feel real, because they're not real.

It's relevant to the thread: People who get surgery to "fix" their perceived "flaws" don't fix the psychology that caused them to see their otherwise-healthy bodies as "flawed" in the first place. Women over 40 who have had kids won't naturally have the breast form/structure of a teen/twentysomething. That's not a flaw, it's a simple reality.

Right and if you are middled aged, they look fake AF. Because that’s what happens with boobs- they lose volume and firmness. So no, it’s not natural to be 45-50 and have boobs that look like that.

You must not have seen many in real life. Plenty of women in their 50s, especially the ones with smaller boobs still have that level of firmness. My current GF is 50 and has had 5 kids and her boobs are firm as hell. They don't all sag although the larger ones do have a shorter shelf life.

Yes they are not the bolt on balloons of the 80s and 90s but they look fake. There's a way natural breasts sit that can't be replicated. I'm pretty much in the camp of do what makes you happy.

When it comes to op I think it's worth waiting, researching and talking more about it with her husband. .

The woman with the saggy breasts looks like she had a reduction, not implants. That's what I had. The breasts sometimes lose volume on the upper half and they also drop. You have enough breadt tissue to construct a firm breast with normal volume.
