Betsy deVos literally refused to enforce the current law, which requires forgiveness after 10 years of payments for PSLF, 20 years of payments for undergrad loans, and 25 years of payments for graduate loans.

It’s bizarre to hear you complain about Biden going beyond his authority when DeVos was literally ignoring her legal obligations legislated by Congress and a Republican POTUS. She literally was breaking the law.
