Did DB ever survive and if so, did he actually get to keep all the loot?
If he did survive he probably lived in another country - not the U S of A.

Did Amelia land somewhere and get kidnapped?
Or was she tortured??
Or perhaps was she simply lost at sea?

I mean, if you feel comfortable confessing something as huge as murdering your own parents to a therapist then you should also feel 💯% comfortable discussing sexual abuse.

I am the same age as the brothers are now (55) and I disagree with the fact that sexual molestation was super taboo during 1989.
While it wasn’t discussed as much as it is these days - it certainly wasn’t taboo.

I would love to know the mystery of if any incest actually took place prior to the murders….

Others have come out and said they were also abused by that man, and witnesses say he used to take the boy up into the shower with him as punishment. I mean….

Yes, I have heard that a former member of the 80’s boy band Menudo came forward recently & claims that the father molested him as a kid.
But is that truly in itself so much of a smoking gun to get the brothers out of prison??

While Jose Menendez sounds like a complete monster to me, I cannot fathom how his two adult sons felt that their lives were so in danger that they felt their only option was to murder both parents.

If they were little boys being molested I could empathize maybe a little bit (maybe!)
But as grown adults, Erik and Lyle had a CHOICE to form the trajectory of their futures.

They could have left their abusive Father (and possibly passive Mother.)
Instead they CHOSE to drive to San Diego and purchase firearms.

But back to the topic, I still would like to know if their Father did abuse them like they claim(ed.)

If DB Cooper survived, he is probably dead by now. What I can't understand is, didn't somebody at his job or a family member or neighbor wonder why somebody disappeared at the same time this happened?
