| What do you think public schools will push for this upcoming year -- cultural celebrations or keep it low key? |
That may very well be but you likely fail to recognize how great it is to live in an easy going de facto Christian culture. I've worked for a couple of different employers/supervisors who practiced different religions. There is definitely a double standard. They frown upon and discourage, "Merry Christmas". The Islam employers hated Sunday. I mean take a step back, I bet you take that for granted. No really non-Christians especially the elites from Islam hate that. They want us working no weekends. Then yes, they celebrate other Holidays, but when is the last time they invited you to Ramadan celebration, Yom Kipur or gave you the Hindi Day of light off for celebration. I've worked for Chinese employers they never let me take off for Chinese New Year. That's what I thought. The globalist corporate culture is leveraging their Minions to take away some of the traditions, so they can take away our free time. That's what it is about. Having said that I am fine with not celebrating the capitalist version of Halloween or Valentines in schools. Just give us the free time. That is, it. |
