So would YJMA or Pride be better for this class? |
Better for what? Two teams in different NGLL div’s. YJMA is in A, Pride Red imploded and is now in B. |
Pride seems to be really struggling at the 2030 level. Between these two I’d choose YJMA. |
On paper, YJ appears to be the better team. However, if you want to be around nice and decent people, the Pride 2030 red team is definitely the better choice. |
I know several families on that YJ team and they are very nice and very decent people. Not sure why someone would feel compelled to come on this board to say this. |
Reach out to both teams and ask for a tryout - to see where your player would fit in. Pride is a solid B team now. YJMA is also a B team, but they seem to be doing decently in the A division. |
Why are they a B team? I saw them a few weeks ago, there are some strong players on that team. You need to separate the club with the team. |
Likely sour grapes from MCE, still trying to paint those families with a bad brush. |
Genuinely curious about this statement. Can you provide specifics? It would be helpful to get some facts here. |
This is 100% the M.O. of MCE if they leave us bash them. they do this in hopes that no one will believe the truth being told about how horribly the club has been run by that Director and to stay away far far away... |
Haven’t really heard anything positive about Pride 2030, or what’s left of it. |
Why would anyone stay with pride or support KM? |
For years now, Pride is one of the top programs in the area and the country. They are the best at developing players. This is why Capital takes half their team every year. KM has been dealing with haters for a long time and so have a lot of other female lacrosse coaches in the area. Usually, only the good ones get harassed. What is undeniable, is that she has done an amazing job with Pride since she took it over and they are still a top program. |
Then why did they 2030 team Pride Red implode? |
Impatient parents. It takes atleast two years to develop a team. Good things take time. |
