What do you *REALLY* think of Atheists?

Anonymous
Atheists love attention. They like to tell everyone the details of their lives. They like to talk about the slights (real or imagined) that they have experienced. They feel as if people are persecuting them or talking badly about them. They wish to protect a beyond it all, rational and calm persona and attitude which is a false self. They are seething and unhappy with the world and other people- most of whom don’t know they exist.

The claim God doesn’t exist, but the blame God for every bad event in history and every bad experience suffered by man.

God doesn’t exist- but I hate Him, is the atheist and anti-theist mantra. It is nonsensical.

Their childhoods seem to have been unhappy and as a result they want everyone to be unhappy. They call normal family cultural, religious, and social relationships “brainwashing.” Perhaps they are so sad and wounded by their childhoods, they subconsciously want to inflict that pain onto other people?

And they worry about being judged or talked about for not being religious.

People don’t care. You are worried about something no one else is. Nobody cares about how you conduct yourself when you are home. If you go to work and do your job, that’s all that’s required by your coworkers.

Many are, it's true. But there are many atheists who are just looking for a fight. You can see this with the "twins" (good name, whoever came up with it) here who ignore arguments and twist other arguments around just to win some online dispute. Those two make a clear case against all atheists being critical thinkers, because these two aren't thoughtful or honest at all.

The twins are trolling for atheism. Basically the opposite of honesty and critical thinking, and they've unwittingly provided proof of that themselves.

Have you read all the obviously fake threads posted by anti-theists here? There are many, many.

It’s always a post about how religious people or religion has caused someone pain or been mean or hateful. The op gives general details and then doesn’t answer any questions or chime in after the original post. The rest of the anti-theists here carry the thread on for days/weeks/months/years.

It’s really weird and not at all honest. Making up stories about religion or religious people to bash and be hateful is not honest or critical thinking.

It’s actually crazy.

Trolling on a mommy board doesn’t speak to honesty or critical thinking.

If atheists or anti-theists are part of the group that regularly trolls here- they are probably not active or productive members of society.

I am sure there are lots and lots of atheists who don’t devote their lives to trolling and are great people.

I don’t judge people as a whole, or make generalizations, op.

If you don’t really know a person, you can’t judge them.

Op, nobody should be judging people they don’t personally know.

You have family drama and want to vent about your fil.

That’s a lot of words, most of them false.

Most atheists don’t say there is no god, they say they just don’t believe in one because there is not sufficient evidence.

Accordingly, they don’t hate something they don’t believe exists, although they may be aware of certain gods of legend who did things they find abhorrent.

Most importantly, atheists will change heir belief once shown sufficient evidence, so I would think theists would want to engage them.

You are going to have to explain how you got to that conclusion from what I typed or I will have to assume you are just trolling and ignore it.

Liar. No one said that.

Nothing. I don't think about atheists at all. Why would or should I?

Do you understand the difference between not believing in a god and claiming one does not exist?

It’s not complicated. It’s how you feel about Bigfoot, I bet. You don’t believe Bigfoot is real but if they caught him you’d change your position.

If you compare the Bigfoot hoax to God, you aren’t someone who I wish to debate or even discuss this topic with. Your mind is infantile and your thoughts belong on reddit.
