Favorite foods that have disappeared

Brownberry cheddar cheese croutons. I ate so many of those as a kid (maybe I just ate them all, and that's why they don't exist anymore).

Aunt Jemima Coffee Cake

Taco Bell mexi-melt. But if you ask nicely for a bean and cheese soft taco with pico de gallo, and substitute meat for the beans, they will make it for you if they are in a good mood.

I think they still have those at Costco sometimes.
I miss the bryers that had 5 ingredients- the strawberry had real frozen strawberry. that was their schtick- that there were only real pronounceable ingredients. Now even the "natural" ice creams have guar gum and all sorts of unpronounceable fillers. just regular gallons of ice cream from Magruders was so good.

Sadly, my Costco only has the milk chocolate and the milk chocolate with nuts. But thank you for the suggestion.

This is still sold all over the place, Walmart, Giant, Kroger, Publix.

As a child I loved lemon Nilla wafers that were dusted in lemon flavored confectioner's sugar. Haven't seen them in decades so assume they are discontinued.

Martha Washington's ginger cake box mix is another old family favorite that seems to have disappeared.

There is also still a Tasti D-lite machine in the 7-11 in my hometown in NJ!

-old school McDonald's apple pies & fries (when they still cooked in lard)
-caffeine free sodas like Cherry Coke
-all the old Hostess products before they changed the recipes & ruined them by making them taste artificial & chemically
-definitely Marathon bars & Sara Lee coffee cakes!!

Arthur Treacher's, ah, that was tasty

Cracklin Oat Bran, used to be so yummy to snack on. Someone told me it is still made but I never see it in stores around here or while traveling. I'd stock up!

+100

I’m an earlier PP who posted the same item. I used to still be able to find it at random convenience stores, but I haven’t seen it in ages. Soooo much better than caramel Twix IMO.
