Little Falls Parkway speed bumps

The "bumps" are totally fine at 30 mph in a volvo.

Speed bumps are much noisier than speeding cars.

Not even close. You'd realize how loud speeding cars were if you were ever on a street outside your climate-controlled, sound proofed cabin. Then maybe you'd also stop blasting your horn in residential areas because someone hesitated at a stop sign.
