I am Asian and my stylist recommend I go the highlight route rather than dying. Does that really work? I'm skeptical. THe grays are still present.

At least 2-3 hours of activity. Tennis, swimming, running, walking/cycling for errands, some lifting. Ask yourself what does a WTA tennis player do and follow it.

Keeping your grays properly colored (even if it has to be done every ten days or so) shows a man that you care.

However after 65+, you can let your grays show.

My GF is short, 4'10" and a total PAWG at age 54. She has aged very well and she controls her weight so she always looks great. That butt gets a lot of attention, not all of it good, unfortunately for her.
