She told her own friends that she was very sick and her husband has said she wasn’t vaccinated so it’s not a “breakthrough case.” STFU.

That's exactly what I am saying. Very helpful case to further our understanding of how the virus works in unvaccinated people and the variety of way it can kill.

I am now able to discuss the blood clots that unvaccinated folks can get (does not matter if it was by attending anti-Vaxx rallies, attending Sturgis, going to a rave party, refusing to wear a mask on US airlines...) without getting worried or emotional. I can understand scientific facts without being crippled by grief. Its fantastic. A death I can discuss in clinical terms and without any emotional toll.

So many people are getting this virus are vaccinated. It is now obvious that vaxed or unvaxed people are getting this. Covid. This woman was not in a hospital admitted with Covid so she was not severe and died. Saying you feel awful with Covid is not the same as being incubated etc. I am so over the vaxxed fight. It really doesn’t affect you. The iunvaxxers will wind up in Ers. That being said the vaxxed still getting this need to understand what to look for because we are not going to hospitals because we don’t!believe we need to.

Sure. Even the vaxxed and boosted need to be careful, double mask, socially distance, get the flu vaccine, protect the folks that cannot be vaccinated like small kids and immunocompromised people or unborn babies. Don't go gadding around thinking you will not get it. Don't do stupid things that wil require a hospital visit.

However, I think she did not go to the hospital not because she was not seriously sick but because it was going to be politically harmful to her after going to the unvaxx rally. I won't be surprised if her DH is vaxxed. She just gambled delaying her vaccination for public perception (but was planning to be vaxxed eventually) because she was devious and evil and not stupid or uninformed. It is just that when your base is stupid and your political ammunition is to torpedo the good policies of the incumbent govt, then you have to pretend to be like your base and do the opposite of what your political opponent are doing.

I think at least the GOP super-spreaders will become more careful. I bet they all ran to get vaccinated after hearing that this woman dropped dead.
