What makes you say that? The news is reporting it as true at least -- that Trump is claiming the passports were removed. |

I would expect an indictment would come from a DC-based grand jury, so it would not be on this court's docket. Also I don't think a sealed indictment would be filed on the same docket number as the search warrant. |
This is not a joke: https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/posts/108828041518355960 https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2022/aug/15/trump-demands-return-documents-fbi-truth-social

| Do you need a passport to fly on a private jet to another country? |
Not surprising, though, given how he thinks his tweets as POTUS should be considered edicts. gawd.. what a f*n moron of the first order. |
I just realized who Trump is, at his heart. A deeply corrupt and evil Michael Scott. |
Pretty much. |
You would submit a flight plan to NY but fly to Cuba or Bahamas. There you ask for asylum or go to the Russian embassy. Cuba would be the easiest in terms of the country being friendly. I hope reports start asking trump about his plans to flee the country. |
This seems unlikely, Wouldn't pilot be risking his/her license by participating in a stunt like this? Is Don Jr a private pilot? |
| Maybe the FBI can claim they took the passports to match up trips to Russia with events under investigation. I don't think you can confiscate someone's passport without a judge's OK to do so because, flight risk. Right? |
| i guess he could hop a ride on an oligarch's plane out of NJ and that pilot would not really care....and as long as it can fly from NJ nonstop to Russia, all is good |
