How has someone under so many serious investigations been able to retain their passport(s) this long? Being a former POTUS has its perks. Also, if passports were covered by the search warrant, the FBI didn’t “steal” them. |

Don't forget he lies all the time. But if this is true, it means someone thought he was a flight risk. Or that one or two passports were not American ones, which also raises red flags. (BTW, a dual citizen CAN be a US President. There's nothing inherently illegal about it.) |
| Presidents get a special passport, plus he has a regular one. He probably doesn’t count his presidential one as expired because he claims the election was stolen. |

I'm the only person on DCUM who isn't a lawyer, so grain of salt, but sealed means that it's not available to the public, and added to the docket just means there's been motion on the docket. It could be ANYTHING. Motions, objections, additional subpoenas, warrants, or even indictments. I think some people are fantasizing that it's one of the more juicy options, but it's probably some mundane paper pushing exercise. |
