I'm told it was the 6th District Court in RI that ignored ICE's detainer.

When ICE agents attempted a traffic stop to arrest MENDOZA MEZA, he struck ICE vehicles before bailing out of his car and running into an apartment. He was surrounded and eventually surrendered. I'm told it was ICE vehicles and his own car that were damaged.

Trump is firing administrative immigration judges and ICE is arresting immigrants going through the legal system at the very courthouses where their hearings are held.

This isn't about illegal immigration, but immigration writ large.

When you're firing immigration judges and when you're arresting people when they show up at the immigration court for their scheduled appointment you no longer get to claim "but I support doing it the legal way" - you don't. It’s interesting how Trump’s mother and father’s stories are very similar to today’s immigrants. Unfortunately for people today you can’t just come in anymore and start working.

Trump’s mother was from Scotland, had nine siblings and lived in an area that was the worst of European ghetto like villages. Dirt poor with no hope. She came to the US, worked as a domestic and met Fred Trump. Fred left what is now Germany, skipped out on mandatory military service and made it to America doing odd jobs until he got into real estate. He rebranded himself as formerly from Sweden.

When your parents grew up with such hardship how can you be so mean.

I’m still waiting for any full video that shows an illegally present migrant being captured without any identification.

Full video is a tall order but here is one where the migrant being detained/arrested keeps asking for an ID and is not shown one. ("Tu ID" means "your ID" in Spanish). They also picked the guy up at his doctor's office, which is really creepy.

ICE agents in vests clearly displaying ICE Police on them approached illegally present migrants during an immigration removal operation. I have no idea if the agents pulled up in unmarked or marked vehicles. One illegal migrant ran. He attempted to enter a medical clinic to avoid capture. This is not a childhood game. There is no "home base" where you are safe from other people.

ICE agents are not obligated to identify themselves to the people in the clinic. Everyone there could see their ICE Police vests.

ICE utilizes administrative warrants. There are no paper copies to show anyone. No law enforcement officer shows anyone a warrant during an arrest in public.

Private property isn't a viable excuse when an illegal migrant runs in to evade capture. "Exigent circumstances" override the need for a judicial warrant to enter private property.

The people inside the clinic most certainly interfered with the official duties of ICE agents. They could be subject to prosecution.

You can buy these on Amazon for $20. That is why people are asking for badges and/or ID's. There have been a lot of people posing as ICE and effecting kidnappings. Do you understand why people are fighting back? They don't know if they are being detained by ICE or rando kidnappers.

Democrats do not want to ensure that it is ICE doing the arrests and not a rando kidnapper. They want to prevent ICE from making arrests. They would like to have ICE follow as many procedures as possible so they can assist the illegals in how to evade arrest. Things like tell them you are not the person they are looking for. Or have cars be clearly labeled so they slash the tires and have activists block them in the streets. Or agents be unmasked so they can threaten agents at home.

Why are ICE agents so special? Elected officials don’t go around masked and many get death threats, have been shot, or have been killed as happened recently. Attorneys and judges don’t wear masks, and some of them have been threatened or killed. Lots of people in the public eye who do unpopular things don’t have the privilege of going around masked all day while doing their jobs.

Many judges have license plates that cannot be traced to them for safety reasons.
