The dress is a very deep navy blue. We originally thought silver shoes, but DH thinks black is the way to go. So navy blue dress, with white tights and black shoes? Or silver shoes? Wedding is in late September.
Bride left everything up to us so no help there... |
How about deep navy blue shoes??? I agree with your DH, I don't like silver; if the blue is really very dark, then black would go, but navy blue would be perfect! |
I vote silver for that pop of color. Of course, if you do black, you will probably get more use out of them for other occasions. But I still like the silver idea. |
gold? |
What color are the flowers? I'd make my decision based on that. Black=boring, though. |
black patent mary-janes. Perfect with everything for the under 6 set! |
go with the black mary-janes or ask the bride. |
Black patent leather Mary Janes go with everything. |
black BLAH!
Match the flowers! |
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() After seeing them side by side I think Navy Blue shoes that she can wear later are the best option. My DC has several Navy outfits they they look so cute with bright colored accessories... Second best I think is the silver one. Black NO WAY! |
The old rule is navy blue and black, right? But I think silver sounds pretty. Or white...it's not too summery. |
Black patent. |
I think black patent would look best, or if you are able to find matching navy. |
I think black or silver - my daughter is going to be a flower girl in November (white dress, navy sash) and we're getting silver shoes. The bridesmaids will be in navy dresses with silver shoes too. I figure she can wear them again with her Christmas dress. |
What are the b-maids wearing? Presumably navy dresses so if they are all wearingthe same color shoes, I'd go with that, though the cride may have left that up to them (I did) in which case I like silver or, if the bride's dress is white, as opposed to ivory, you could even do white. |
