Depending on the age of the child and the style of dress, I'd even do black ballet slippers---especially if her hair is loose and romantically styled.

What's the tone of the wedding?

If it's more formal, I'd go with black patent. Classic.

Thanks to everyone who responded, in particular to the PP who posted the pictures.

We are going to shoot for black patent, we like how the navy dress, white tights and black shoes look on the picture.

If we can't find any she likes to wear, will try for navy as we know her current shoes come in navy, and she loves those.
