They never got arrested for anything. The fact that you would compare college kids partying to a grown old man who drove drunk shows how ideologically blinded you are. |

you have no idea abou tthe difference between a citation and getting arrested. Basically a parking ticket is the same as a cistation. |

Please quit now before you look even worse. A 19yr college student was drinking at a bar with a friend and got a citation for underaged drinking. A 50yr plus old man got insanely drunk and gets behind a wheel of a car and starts to drive. Please tell me you don't teach your children comparative logic and comparisons and contrasts. I'm not going to even debate the argument about whether an adult should be allowed to drink at the age of majority or not, but just the fact that you keeping trying to connect these dots is quite hilarious. |

| The difference between the Bush daughters and Obama's uncle is that Obama has no control or bearing on what his stupid uncle does. GWB was supposed to teach his daughters better than that. What does it say about him as a leader that he couldn't influence his own kids not to break the law? |

Does anyone know if Obama has even met this uncle? Does he even know him? Obama barely knew his father. I am sure he has had very little contact with his father's family.
Michelle Bachmann seems to believe her husband is off limits for criticism. In that case, I can't even begin to comprehend why a long lost uncle would have any importance. |

To his critics, that's true. But, that says more about his critics who are pretty far off their rockers than it says about him. It's not like there is a shortage of legitimate criticism. Stooping to this sort of thing simply makes you all look a bit insane. |

As someone said, dumbass relatives are a presidential tradition, and the extended Obama "family" is probably no more dysfunctional than most. In recent history, we've had:
Kennedy's father Johnson's brother Nixon's brother (and himself) (can't remember anything negative about the Fords) Carter's brother Reagan's kids Bush's sons (BW and Neil) Clinton's brother (and himself) Bush's kids |

I wouldn't go far as to say insane.
I would call it petty, pathetic, and grasping. All the things going wrong in this country, and the best you can do is trot out some old dude with a vaguely defined connection to the president drunk driving? Seriously? If you want to make the man look bad there are plenty of things you can say that wouldn't reek of desperation the way this nonsense does. |
