Sure. Will happen when you import laxbros. Lot of talent on those rosters from out of state.

St. John’s is starting to build housing behind the school. Laxbros coming to DC.

Where? Not alot of real estate around there. Grew up a few blocks away, are they bulldozing Little Forest or the Dog Field?

Prep has plenty of kids on their roster who are boarding or living in the creepy coaches basement

Damn . Was the game in Baltimore at Gonzaga.

Cant remember the last time GZ has lost by 10 goals to McDonogh or any team in general

I can't believe Prep let Gilman score 8 points in the 4th quarter, especially with their strong defense. They dominated that game for three quarters (11-3) and without one of their top scorers (don't know why he wasn't playing). The 4th quarter, though was another story. They did get a few bad calls, but the coaches need to rethink their strategies. It's like they were half way to the bus ready to celebrate another win, not realizing Gilman was making a comeback. They were still subbing in backup players as the points just kept mounting. When the opposing team is scoring a point a minute, it's time to put your top players back in. On the flip side, they may really need to give some of the backup goalies a shot. That 4th quarter was an unbelievable debacle. Time for a reboot.

Honestly the MIAA has always been a much deeper conference. The DMV normally has 1-2 teams that can compete favorably but unfortunately not this season.

STAB lost to Good Counsel a week ago, they must be very down this year or Good Counsel is on the up-swing

Who cares if Baltimore bottom feeders beat top DC teams? Let WCAC and IAC parents discuss which is the best of the inferior bunch in peace.

While we are only a week into this spring season, its clear based on week one results, the MIAA is owning bragging rights over the DC area privates (IAC / WCAC).

You can't dispute the facts... the MIAA is 5-1 over the DC area privates in the first week of play.

BL over SJC
Severn over STA
St Pauls over Landon
McDonough over Gonzaga
Gilman over Prep

The lone win DC area privates have this year is Prep over Saint Mary's and Prep.
