Mine is shiseido eye cream.... have used it since I was in my 20s and still no crows feet/lines around my eyes....

I've used Eucerin's Q10 Anti-Wrinkle face cream for maybe 2 decades now and I'm showing no permanent lines around my eyes, only when I smile. DD who is 16 swears it keeps her acne at bay, so she steals mine unless I buy some for her. (Weird, I know.) Yet I have some $60-70 bottles of face cream on my dresser that I never use. It doesn't help with age spots, though. (I swear they're not paying me to write this.)
For my feet, Flexitol's heel balm. A couple of years ago Vogue had an article on "cheap great products" and included Flexitol, which made me laugh because I had already been using it. They said something like, "it wouldn't win any awards for design or packaging, but it works great." |
Er...good genes?
I have bad genes, so I try to do as much as possible to combat that.

I heard somewhere (Oprah?) that people are either wrinklers or saggers. I am definitely not a wrinkler, but I am seeing some sagging in my face and elsewhere. My mom is 80 and has almost no wrinkles either, but plenty of facial sagging. She still looks great though, and gets compliments all the time. So, I am counting on good genes, I guess.
No shampoo.
I've heard great things about the Eucerin Q10 line too. I do some work with their team, but so far I like the added SPF 15 because it's one less step to worry about in the morning. I also really like that it's available at most drug stores, so I don't have to worry about going to a fancy store to get it.
I, apparently, am a sagger. I would much rather be a wrinkler since there seem to be so many less-invasive treatments. I am not inheriting my mother's face but my father's.
