there is a shampoo called pureology nanoworks its very moisturizing and even though its expensive you only need a little bit, it will last long, also regenerist from oil of lloay its not expensive and it moisturizes well, try to sleep more, laugh more, and love more because 50 on tons of changes that we dont want come anyway so try the best you can to go through them smoothly!!!

Stay away from the lipliner!
Overly stiff, "done" hair is aging.
So is too much eye makeup.
In my opinion, the three things that help one to age gracefully are: staying slim, good posture, and smiling often (with white teeth!).

Based upon advice on this forum, I bought a Clarisonic. I love it. It gets my skin really clean without making it feel "stripped."

I heard you should sleep on your back.
Saves the skin on your face. Otherwise you sleep with your face on the pillow

i use sunscreen always, try to sleep minimum 8 hours, laugh, eat well sometimes cheat but mostly healthy, makeup very soft, my eyelashes are long so i show them off, try to make the best of what you already have

Sunscreen always. Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize. Drink lots of water and avoid alcohol which is dehydrating. East lots of fruit and veggies. Maintain a healthy weight. Exercise regularly. Smile (ditto on the white teeth).

Since forty, I have stayed out of the sun as much as possible and use sunscreen otherwise. I can really tell the difference (comparing with my sisters) now that I am 52.
