Please give parents a chance to order their lattes in peace.
I think you'll have no problem filling up the petition.
Oh for the love of all that is good WHY ARE WE BEATING THIS TOPIC SO FAR DOWN INTO THE GROUND?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Ha ha ha. If I see one more cookie thread, I'll go and crush all the cookies in a SB jar myself, in all starbucks that I find on my way.
Seriously!!! Who started this? Give it a rest aLready!!!!!!
It is not just starbucks.
Is it better or worse that DC picked up a cookie at Potbelly and chomped on it, wrapper and all? (~6 months old.) I bought the cookie, wishing he had picked my favorite type instead.
Here's the catch. Starbucks, and Potbelly, are in the business of selling food and beverages. If they don't have cookies at the register for the impulse purchases I suspect their sales of those items go down. The percentage of customers who are toddlers, or even parents with toddlers that they can't control, is probably pretty small. So I suspect it doesn't make sense for them to reorganize their store to suit a few indulgent parents.
uh, the post was just a joke. (but it's still beating the joke into the ground)

I think it's the OP, trying to cash in on her 15 minutes of DCUM fame. Keep going OP!
I think they should ban toddlers.
I think they should station a pit bull near the cookies and refuse to crate him when a toddler comes in.
I think they should ban parents who cannot control and/ or parent their toddlers! Not sarcasm! |
LIKE! It is not the obligation of the world to make your job as a parent easier. Control your offspring or use birth control |
