No, she wouldn’t. She doesn’t really have any recent history of catering to the media or trying to prove anything. She used to, but has scaled that back.

She has been friends with Blake since the Tom Hiddleston days. Salivating over the ending of what appears to be a very long lasting friendship with virtually no evidence is not a good look

She absolutely would show up in public to help a good friend going through a difficult time. She’s done it many times. Her absence speaks for itself.

She probably has, in private. When people magazine reports it I’ll believe it. But there is just absolutely no chance Tree or Taylor went to TMZ. But you know who does have a close relationship with TMZ? The people who did Depp’s image rehab.

You’re latching onto illogical rumors to further your point that she deserves no one’s time and affection. That is why I say salivating.

This is like the lunatic Twitter account saying A Simple Plan 2 was being cancelled because of the drama and wouldn’t even believe it when the actual director replied saying it was coming out imminently and had nothing but positive things to say about BL

You lost me, how can Taylor publicly support Blake in private?

It’s more word salad, is that you Blake?

The idea that Taylor only uses reputable sources like People sounds like a take that’s being parroted from one of those Swiftie subs. All celebs obviously use People when they want news items about them to be more or less official. But they still use less reputable outlets to achieve other ends.

It would be a lot more fun to make light of all this (and I’d be totally inclined to join you in that!) if it weren’t for the fact that these childish antics appear to have dragged down the reputation of a man who was just trying to make a poignant film about domestic violence. The guy hs literally spent most of his adult life championing the causes of feminism—and not only is BL seemingly trying to take over his own movie, but she was allegedly trying to push him out of future films in the franchise because she wanted control. And RR appears to have created an entire character to insert into the Deadpool movie (Nicepool) based on this guy that honestly looks like it served no purpose but to troll and humiliate him.
It’s really bad.

Justin is totally winning the PR war. Regardless of how this comes out in litigation, he has won and Blake has lost.

I suspect this is actually happening because RR feels threatened by JB. JB is younger, hotter, and has abs you could use to cut diamonds. RR is pushing 50 and does campy Marcel movies.

You are super naive if you don’t think Taylor’s camp is working with different outlets for potentially a variety of different purposes — seeing how rumors of a rift plays out with the public, a warning shot to Blake that this is serious, etc.

TMZ is unethical and Harvey is a slimeball, but they wouldn’t lie this blatantly.

NO. No way Taylor would go to TMZ. Not saying they made it up, I’m sure someone went to them and it’s fuzzy enough that they don’t need to worry about being sued. But Taylor never goes to TMZ. Ever.

Taylor is making it clear that Blake had better nor show up and try to sit with her at the Super Bowl. It's Taylor's time to shine, and she doesn't have time for bad PR or Mint Mobile Boy.

Wishful thinking. At 40 JB barely has a career to speak of.

JB is odd, not as hot as he thinks he is, and not even close to RR in his prime. RR is still way more attractive than JB, but RR is evidently a snake.

I find them both unattractive. RR has weird/intense theater kid energy and is too smiley and smug for me. JB is creepy and I loath the whole "I'm a sensitive, feminist guy -- not like those other guys" vibe. To me they are two sides of the same coin, these are personas created for their entertainment careers and neither seems authentic to me at all.

Ironically, I think Lively comes off as more authentic than either of them. Yes she is a mean girl, she thinks she's too cool for school and you can *feel* the disdain she has for other people frequently. But I think that's real! Whereas RR and JB don't seem like real people to me. They both use masks to distance themselves from people. For RR it's snark and smarminess. For JB it's "sensitivity" and being a guy who "gets it."

Wow just … no. RR has zero sex appeal and JB is maybe not everyone’s ideal type but very sexy.

Taylor is the dragon. But she isn’t Blake and Ryan’s dragon. She will be the only one left standing. Blake and Ryan’s careers are over and Taylor’s people are signaling that. Taylor realizes she was used by these desperate social climbing creeps.

Taylor will be totally fine. I'm not a swiftie, but she's going to figure out how to rise above this -- I think the messaging of "it's just a friendship, I'm not involved in her professional life, and disappointed to be dragged into this" is actually exactly the right message. I'm sympathetic!

Taylor is a multi-billion dollar brand. Ryan and Blake are useful idiots created from thin air with delusions on grandeur. Taylor is showing these bozos who’s boss.

JB is so greasy looking and looks like he smells. RR is better, no young Brad Pitt, but better than JB.

Yes, Taylor’s tween American girl Swifties will remain loyal.

Lively has no persona to call out as inauthentic because she is completely bland.

That’s not a good thing.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard her say anything interesting, literally ever, and I paid attention to the GG cast’s interviews at the peak of the show’s hype.
