On the boys side they should just put Bill Hamid in charge. I don’t know if he can even coach, but he’s got chops for days compared to the other boy’s coaches.

I don't know if he has the experience to be in charge of other coaches but he is a good goalie coach and an incredibly nice guy.

These can’t be final coaching assignments. How can they pay for two or three coaches per team? These are just placeholders until the actual coach is named

Who cares what they were offered or turned down. Leadership did a piss poor job of negotiating and now McLean lost its best coaches. How is this good for the players? We know AP was not offered a spot. It’s clear CW and NM offered up control of Boys program which means JW had no future as ATD. Nobody is pointing out that Brent H is also not listed. That’s 3 coaches not returning. Girls coaches were never in danger. Only boys. Once again showing the bias. They even added Tyler M to the boys side. Nepotism much. What a joke. He is a girls ECNL coach. Why would anyone want to work for an organization that treats its best employees like this. You don’t see this mess at good clubs. Players and parents should leave for better clubs.

So they knew in Dec but spent Jan and Feb on the crest and one week on the structure. Nice.

+10000. he should have left years ago. Only stayed cause he and JW were building something special. Not everything is about winning ECNL. Boys loved playing for them and they were developing players for next level. Look at how many come back to play for them in the summer. It’s no accident they won pro23 back to back last two years.
