We have several career Navy people in our extended family, and we're all proud of the team that took care of Osama bin Laden. None of them would possibly consider this recent event to be President Obama's fault, or do you mean the fact that we're still engaged in war over there?

Obama cut back on Petreaus recommendation for a larger surge to make Afghanistan safer for our troops. A half-hearted surge is a dangerous situation for the troops that are there. Plus I am beginning to think is is dangerous to follow the "leadership" of our snakebit President.

obviously this has nothing to do with Obama, and everything to do with the horribleness of war. the other side has guns too. the other side has rocket launchers and other sophisticated weaponry. yeah, they don't have our money and we will kill a lot more of them than they kill us, but this happens. sucks and the sooner we are out of the middle east the better.
