Well, and Gwyneth, Hilaria, and pretty much any other woman discussed here.

I have no idea about Hilaria other than she has a lot of kids. Gwyneth has been a celeb for a long time and really puts herself out there for mockery a lot with the Goop stuff. I feel like she’s A LOT more out there doing and saying weird stuff than Meghan ever was. To my observation, Harry and Meghan come out with a (probably staged, but they all do it) paparazzi picture or doing a photo op every few months and a few people just go absolutely rabid about it and make up all kinds of outlandish theories and motivations behind it. It’s honestly very weird.

Oh I forgot about Lena Dunham people had some pretty harsh things to say about her. So to say its just so odd Meghan gets all this flak and nobody else every does is disingenuous at best. People hated Lena's piece about her infertility struggles called her tone deaf and worse and people hated Meghan's piece. What's the difference? Why is one off limits?

The writing is terrible but it should really be her individual decision as to how she wants to process her pregnancy loss. Notice people were also pissed at Chrissy Teigan for the same thing and that was also sad.

They have given a platform to people who are far worse than Megan Markle with nary a peep from the dcum people weeping and gnashing teeth. This year they did a profile on the Central Park, dog abusing racist who called the cops on the black birdwatcher that sought to humanize her (in addition to a racist she was also a crazy AP). They also did something similar about white supremacists. And of course the whole Tom Cotton op-ed debacle from like three months ago.
