Well guys, I’m here.
We’re at recess for lunch. Brendan “testified”. Plead the 5th to most question. Juliana is not pregnant, just fat. Whether or not he’s guilty in this case, he’s a piece of garbage of a person, arrogant even w the judge. I’ll bring more details later. I can only stay until 2pm bc of work so hopefully she’ll testify until then. |

If there was forensic evidence of that, she would be charged. Based on comments of the chief, the Commonwealth seems to believe she fired the shot that killed Joe and that someone else stabbed Christine and should be "held accountable." AP is small. If she stabbed Christine I'd imagine she was drugged or restrained. More will come out after the prelim re: the case against AP. |
