Is there any reason to dislike Herschel Walker?

TL/DR today the NYT reports that Walker also has a 13-year-old son and a previously undisclosed adult daughter who was born when he was 20. They all use the last name "Walker."

This is news because he criticizes other African American men for not being in their children's lives. It appears he did pay child support and would send a gift at Christmas and Birthdays.
