Why does tophat have 2 teams!? (Insert conspiracy theory here or stupid quote like “follow the money”)

Did you ask the same of PDA, Michigan or Real Colorado?
.

PP was obviously making a joke all of the DA parents taking shots at ECNL for allowing dome of those clubs to have 2 teams.

If I were a parent with a younger kid, wouldn’t I try to get my kid on ECNL team unless I thought they would get little playing time. This is a usual time to change why would I go with unproven system?

FCV parents and coaches already trying to convince themselves how great and elite GAL is. Love it. Get in line for the Kool-Aid and bring your checkbooks.

Imagine having a kid playing in ECNL and feeling the need to punch down at a second tier league.

What can we say to you to let you know that your DD is just the best and we all wish we could be you? I want you to feel proud, so help us help you.

It's not much different than the former DA. Almost all the same clubs in this conference as last year. Why does the patch matter so much to you?

No penn fusion. Baltimore Armour will be drastically different. It’s not the same league. It’s much worse and used to be bad anyways.

No penn fusion is the only big change in this conference. the local ECNL conference has lots of stinker teams as well. The leagues are a wash in talent level, assuming no player movement.

Since the clubs aren't really changing, why would a parent that found Loudoun's coaching lacking have the incentive to go back?

Whos is going to be doing all that driving for a non-DA patch? Is GAL suppose to justify me driving all those long hours? DD will be switching to ECNL

The best thing for soccer is less travel and consolidating talent.

This is what happens when ECNL doesn’t do the right thing when they have the opportunity. They could have accepted the DA clubs, created a huge national league with promotion/relegation that would been inclusive, competitive and less travel.

Instead they made DA’s crawl on their hands and knees and said no anyways.

100% AGREE - MAJOR EGOS INVOLVED!
