Your argument is that there is a meaningful difference between using campaign funds to pay for expenses associated with an affair and using such funds to pay to cover-up an affair?

I think there is a perception, which I do not regard as altogether fair, that she holds herself out as a religious person through her traditional dress.

I think this is a misperception, and that her dress is essentially cultural, but I think that's part of what is going on in terms of the reaction.
