It ALL depends on your body. I'm already someone who naturally can take or leave breakfast. It was very easy to get to 16:8. Before IF, I ate breakfast and lots of small meals because that's what people say is best. I'm now mostly 18:6 or 20:4. I do it 7 days a week, but of course don't let it get in the way of fun with family and friends. If people are going to brunch, I'll go to brunch. If I'm hung over, YOU BET I'm going through the drive thru as many times as it takes to kick the hangover.

With IF, you listen to your body. Today I went HARD at OTF I have eaten yet, but I think today will be a 16:8. I'm already really hungry and am holding out until 11:15 which has been a struggle.
