+1 That's what I said earlier about Gwyneth. And she had the backing of famous industry parents! She wasn't some unknown trying to break in to the industry. Not to mention she continued to work with him over the years. |

Not really. Nobody really cared if a woman was being sexually harassed or even assaulted 10 years ago. Time are a changing. I was not given a promotion because I just had a baby 17 years ago and that was legal. It was in writing. While you are the most qualified we believe that you won't give 100% with your new responsibilities with a new born. I contacted a lawyer and he said that you can't be discriminated agains based on your status as a parent. Now you can. Ten years ago a woman would have been told to fight harder or do you have physical evidence? Without the many women and the audio this would still be a non-story. Oh, you think you are good enough to act but your not really that good, that is why you did not get the part. How do you prove you were good enough but didn't get the job because you refused to have sex with somebody. It is impossible to prove. He said, she said. |

You don't get it. Nobody cared. Okay he tried to have sex with you, big deal. Nobody cared 10 years ago if somebody tried to coerce you into sex. If you walked away unscathed there is no charge except being a dirty old man. There is not charge for almost being raped. |

Imagine him doing that to you. That's the thing, I can just picture it. I'm sure many women can. I remember when my boss asked me into my office, and then put his arm around my waist and gave me an awkward, fat too intimate kiss on the cheek, and I could feel his boner. I was totally frozen. I just smiled and didn't know WTF to do. You run through your mind, "should I tell someone? What will happen?" Nothing will happen- the police won't take it seriously, and your name will forever have this dark cloud hanging over it that all rape or sexual assault victims have. And that was a fraction of what this man did. I cannot imagine being alone in his hotel room, door shut, this huge, mountain of a man, chasing you around and shouting at you like in the recording... I mean, it's like a literal horrific nightmare come to life. I just feel so bad for all the women he did this to. No words. |

Think of how many more women there probably are hat were victimized that haven't come forward. It's beyond disgusting. So is all the people who knew and looked the other way.
The recording sounds exactly like three incidents that happened to me when I was younger. You don't have to be a model or an actress to have this happen to you. The recording made me cry. It's awful. |
