CMI vs YY for PK3?

Anonymous
New charter parents, particularly gentrifiers enrolling little kids, tend to overestimate how much say they're going to have in the way their schools run through the years.

If you don't like the way YY works, don't try to lottery in. The "discussion" on native speaker involvement is going nowhere.

I don't hate Chinese people, but you are certainly a shameless apologist for this aggressive behavior. Now, we can get back on topic.

Just to follow your posts a minute, you live in the US, went to visit China, got pushed and think all Chinese people are rude.

Um. Ok.

Here's a recent example: https://www.google.com/amp/mobile.nytimes.com/2016/09/04/world/asia/obama-xi-staff-shouting-match.amp.html?client=safari

No one who has actually traveled to China believes the American stereotype that Chinese people are generally polite. This is how a sitting president, his staff, and the foreign press were treated recently. If you want your child to study Chinese, and possibly live and work in China (one of the few countries where Mandarin is widely spoken), just make sure you know what you're getting into--leave the rose colored glasses at home. Good luck!
