How, exactly, does gay marriage threaten me?

I kinda figured that it would be higher because straight people would use condoms to avoid getting pregnant. It's not like straight couples are more likely to be monogamous just this past month we've had Weiner, Arnold etc.

Hardly anybody uses condoms to avoid pregnacy anymore. They use the pill. Condoms are to avoid getting diseases from promiscuous people these days.

The pill is used these days to avoid pregnancy. Condoms are mostly used by promiscuos people to avoid disease. gays use it for these purposes as well but they are so crazy-promiscuos (i.e. sex in bathrooms) that they just can't always have a condom handy, thus the desease spreads at four thousand four hundred percent greater than hetero rates. Additionally, anal-sex (the un-natural act that it is) leads to a good bit of bleeding and tearing. Aids ,being a blood born disease, thrives in this unhealthy atmosphere.

Not really, I am thinking about young single people, a lot of single woman I know are not on birth control because they forget to take it, have crazy side effects (weight gain, mood swings). STDs are another another factor why they use condoms over the pill but pregnancy is the main reason.
I know this is not the only reason why gay men have a higher HIV rate but I think it's a factor.

No it's not.

The rate of transmission is not due to increased amount of unprotected sex. It is due to the increased rate of transmission in anal sex vs. vaginal intercourse. '

This article says that the rate of unprotected sex is comparable between straights and gays.

Women will almost always insist on a condom. I was only on the pill when in a committed relationship. Yes, women still use condoms! Ribbed for our pleasure!

And circling back to the real issue here: sin, however you may define it, has no place in a discussion about marriage legality. Religion and government are supposed to be separate - remember?

There is no rational non-religiously based reason to prohibit gay marriage. None.

Uhhhh. the same rationality reason we prohibit polygamy, man-animal marriage, man-boy marriage and sex between adults and consenting minors. No law prohibits gays from being married to an opposite sex partner, therefore there is no discrimination.

You know who else had an irrational hatred of gay people? That's right,

You are so absurd.

The reason that man-boy and adult-=minor sex is outlawed is because they are minors, not because of religion. The bible is not particularly helpful on the matter of sex with minors. Nor is it helpful on polygamy. It's not atheist groups that are full of polygamists, in case you didn't notice. It's Christians and Muslims.

And lastly, by your logic miscegenation laws were not discriminatory because anyone was free to marry within their race. But that turned out to be wrong, didn't it.

So one answer to the original question is that gay marriage harms us all because discussing t brings out the worst in at least one religious bigot and ruins a perfectly good political discussion.

Probably. But mostly repressing those desires fueled his grotesque asexual outlets.
