The trailer gives it away.

Trailer for next episode?

For the season. https://youtu.be/Xq8x47ky2Tw?si=y5TsGKNzuGFwXn74

It's about a minute in. Keeping it vague for people who don't want spoilers.

Thank you, I see it now.

So, yes, those who foreshadowed Louie's death appear to be on target.

Robby seems to be losing patience. With everything.

Did Langdon REALLY screw up with the sepsis patient? Was prescribing Keflex the right thing to do when she first presented hours before?

They're clearly foreshadowing that al-Hashimi's genAI is going to blow up in someone's face. Maybe Santos.

Great summary, and I'm afraid the AI thing is going to blow up in Santos's face.

Agree with others that Langdon didn't screw up, Robby is just preconditioned to criticize Langdon.

My recap:

Loving Joy more and more.

Not sure Ogilvie is cut out to be a doctor, more of an annoying know it all scientist or someone at McKinsey consulting or something.

I didn’t like how they were talking about Landon’s addiction in front of the security guard and prison patient.

Robbie’s new fling from social services is annoying. Glad Dana is not ready to gossip about him with her.

Santos is going through to screw up those charts.

It happens more than you're think in an ED.

AI won't be much use when the computers go down.

Relying on gross out scenes a little much this season.

Halfway through the episode and I’ve only seen it with the older man with the tailbone problem so far. He looks so familiar. What is he from?

That's what actually happens!! I appreciate the realistic representation of the subject matter.
