He said if he uses his longtime attorney knowing the costs it would cost 50k for this. He's been continually shilling for someone to offer to represent him for free. |
I wonder why he said without prejudice, will Lively just refile? The next Nevada hearing is on Tuesday. |
She would have to have developed additional facts which is unlikely. |
Subpoena Serena with another new docket. Almost a week old but hadn't seen it on reddit.

Absolutely. |
I feel bad for Blake. She was so young when Ryan swept her up and made her a tradwife. Now she’s given him the golden son, I’m sure he’ll be looking for her replacement. |
Did Ryan actually delete photos of Blake from Insta? I am pro-Baldoni and absolutely believe there's tension in their marriage (how could there not be?) but people tend to extrapolate the wrong conclusions about their social media activity. Like this idea that Taylor deleted all her insta photos of Blake, when she had actually wiped out everything pre-2017 or so in preparation for a new album. Or that Sabrina Carpenter voiced her support for Justin over Blake, when it's actually a video of her from years ago talking about what a great director he is. (Which does show you he had a great track record as a boss prior to this case, it just doesn't show that Sabrina has officially come out as Team Justin.) |
Well you can go on his social media and see there are not pictures of Blake before July 2024. I did used to follow both Ryan and Blake cause I was a fan before all this and he did have ones with her from Wrexham, big events, etc., but he seemed to have wiped those. Did he do it all at once or has he been doing it all along? That I don’t know. But Blake is conspicuously absent from his social media whereas he seems to be more present on hers. Agree with the whole misconstruing of Blake being wiped from Taylor’s. That did happen years ago when she wiped a bunch of personal photos and that was annoying that it got reported that way. I think people were surprised that Ryan didn’t do a big gushing thing for her birthday or any kind of acknowledgment, on the other hand, Maybe for once he knows when to shut up and lay low. I will say they have both continued to disable comments from social media still, so they are still very aware of backlash. I do disagree with the earlier poster, saying no one cares and this is a niche issue. If that were the case, they would still be wanting to engage with their fans and they clearly don’t. |
I think they want to "engage with fans" but know if they keep comments open, fans will be drown out by haters. I don't think that's because everyone cares about the case; I agree with the OO who said the vast majority of people don't care and aren't following it. But among the people who care (a small but rabidly obsessed group) they are very pro-Baldoni and the pro-Baldoni folks will flood their comment with hate. This isn't millions of people, but they will come in with the heat of a thousand suns. |
I feel like this is somewhat of a circular argument because I don’t think Blake would have gone so hard with this case if the stakes weren’t high with her popularity. Ryan and Blake are spending tens of millions of dollars on this legal case and on PR around it. I know they’re worth a lot of money, but that has to hurt. I agree with you that not everyone is following this case closely, but that’s the point. The problem with celebs is it sometimes enough to read a headline to be like that’s cringe and then all of a sudden people aren’t buying your hair products are going to see your movies. A lot of people are not going deep and following the nuance of this, but if they are just coming off with, did Ryan and Blake try to take over a movie? Did Blake falsely accuse a man of sexual harassment? That can be enough to hurt your brand and hurt your bottom line. And I’m sorry, but if that point weren’t true, Blake and Ryan would not have hired former CIA. They are going balls to the wall on this because it matters. It’s a moot point how many people are on message boards and engaging: they have a public perception problem whether someone is following this saga for hours a day or whether someone is reading a headline every few weeks. |
What would be the relevance of that date? He has pictures of her after that date? |
Fans will continue to show up to both their movies. No one except the chronically online (us) knows about the case. |
FAFO |
It could actually be for the opposite reason, and to protect her, so that nothing he's put out on social media can be twisted into being used against her. Might just be the advice of a good lawyer actually ha. Which you guys are now turning into something negative, which is very on brand. |
Agree with you on this and makes sense. That said, this will hurt their brand. They were a huge celebrity couple and when they would either troll each other playfully or post sweet messages they would go viral. So this is going hurt their social media engagement, but it’s the right thing to do. I feel like their team should’ve been telling them to lay low for a long time now and they’ve been ignoring it. Maybe they’re finally listening. |
