She is in a mental health crisis. One of the 911 calls was because she was suicidal. Her friends and family say they have been trying to get her help but she refuses and runs away. Her mood is all over the place and thoughts are very irrational based on what has been posting.

Temporary are just for immediate safety, the July 9th will give both sides a chance to present their cases and then the rulings and case will go from there.

I don't get it either. They were in People Magazine exactly one year ago and looked completely in love. I wonder if some of it is related to the stress of her managing things while he was shooting his TV show in Canada.

I wonder if Scott was speeding to get home because something was happening at the house with Kelley and one of the kids / his brother had called him. That makes more sense than it was to get a kid to the bathroom. It sounds like he was initially reluctant to say too much about what was going on as they had been trying to get her to accept help and he didn't want her to get into legal trouble. The choking incident happened at the beginning of March but he didn't report it until the police came this time and asked about any past violence and he didn't want her charged. Soudns like they were trying to manage it all themselves and there could have been some incident or altercation or suicide threats or something that made him speed home.

I can't imagine why - he's routinely gone on location for various jobs. Her kids are at relatively easy ages - it's not like they're 6, 1 and 2.

My guess is he was cheating and she lost it. I can’t imagine being okay with BUL living in house fyi so that is also strange. Sounds like she has zero control over her life and snapped. Poor thing.

That’s exactly my thought, too. For the fact that she had threatened self-harming and had harmed her kid(s) and husband, I find it highly probable that he at the time was trying to rush home to deal with another melt-down of hers. Nevertheless, it’s dangerous.

And I do think, until further evidence, people should stop saying that he cheated and it caused her to lose it. I know many women on this board (or maybe just one very vocal person) were burned with infidelity in their past relationships. But for now, we have no proof whatsoever to this allegation/assumption. Regardless what the root cause to her mental state is, she needs medical help to which she refuses.

Are you his rep? It is equally awful to say she harmed anyone. I am going with he was cheating and she was spiraling dealing with the loss of a 21 year relationship. He looks like a jerk fyi. Looks like she was set up because no one would be okay with a BIL living with you to essentially try and document you. Hope she has a good attorney.

I agree with this point of view. If something violent happened at the house, it could jeopardize his part on his TV show as well. The producers could fire him and tell him to go home and take care of the family problems.

I think that's why he posted on social to make it clear that the kids were safe with him. He cannot control Kelley, but he can take care of his kids and keep them out of her chaos.

Again this is positioning from Wolfe. Who knows what he has done. I just hope she is able to get good representation to help her. I saw the video of her being taking out. She was calm and did not seem crazy at all.

Trying to choke someone is not the act of a rational person. It is not okay to choke another person, even if your husband makes you mad or cheats on you. She will get better results if she accepts responsibility for her actions.
