I don't know if they are reconciling in terms of the marriage but Scott filed to end the restraining orders and that was approved back in Dec or January. It does seem like she is doing better and at least able to see the kids again.

How are those kids not traumatized? I saw that video of 2 of the kids visiting. Kelly was acting scary annd going off on Scott. I hope they are getting family therapy or something. The kids need individual therapy too.
