Good luck to your DC. It’s a very stressful process, but all works out well at the end.

How is this remotely helpful to op?

Well, OP merely said non-big 3, OP didn't specify where they are located. Also, it's valuable to see a diverse array of results from different background. It's not one dimensional.

Non big 3 dc, why are you even here?

Lots of non-DC here. Jeff loves the national traffic on this board….
A lot of the parents here came via other places where this board was referenced.

I meant on this thread. Your info is so clearly not relevant or helpful to op.

It’s not even a humble brag, just a brag.

Clemson is very popular this year, and The Ohio state, Miami, Tampa, UTK. Mostly southern schools.

I promised to shut up so long as the school wasn’t compared with top notch schools like Duke and Dartmouth

Then you’re a liar too.

Don’t say many applicants prefer and choose Carroll over Stern. Stop these claims and bogus comparisons. You and other BC alums/parents are bad at credibly inflating your school’s reputation and I will not stop until you stop irresponsibly lying to applicants and their families.

You "promised to shut up so long as the school wasn’t compared with top notch schools like Duke and Dartmouth."
That never happened, so man up and shut up.

This list is closer to reality for mid students. I'd add USC (So Carolina) and Fairfield.

Stern is a top notch school and the comparison was made. I guess they don’t teach reading comprehension at BC. Stop telling people to shut up when you have zero idea what you’re talking about.

Tell me you’re not DC without telling me you’re not DC.

Jeff is the creator and moderator of this board. It’s his baby, and he’s grown it considerably over the last 18+ years.

A poster said Carroll was preferred over Stern by many applicants. Stern is a top notch school. I have upheld my promise.

I'd really recommend you find another hobby. Posts like this are unhelpful, distracting, and unpleasant to read. These posts only serve to irritate and annoy. I have a hard time thinking anyone is persuaded by your posts (beyond judging you as a person). Please go outside and take a walk.

I only wish DC ends up at a college where they are happy, driven, and being supported. I wish their peers are similarly intellectual and motivated.
