“Seemed odd that the Senate staffer thing broke hours after the staffer hollered at Max Miller in public. Miller is no stranger to revenge; he got the comms head at Ohio Right To Life fired last month for saying Jesus was the only way to Heaven, which his wife took as an insult.”

The staffer didn’t yell anything of the sort. He has denied it.
That said, he definitely has an air tight case to sue Miller and his staff for millions. He should also sue Cardin as well.
Cardin showed zero sympathy and was spineless.

I’d low-key love it if this guy got paid millions from Rep. Max Miller and the Daily Caller for slander/defamation.

I am also certain that the Senate will open an ethics investigation on Miller and his staff for violating the staffer’s rights.

Sue for what? To say that the "young" staffer showed incredibly poor judgment is an understatement. He likely broke the law as well. Then to play the "victim" after his sick cinematic romp in the people's house? Unbelievable. He has no business working in government.

Where's the slander/defamation? The misconduct is on video, which he posted.

Of course we should take the staffer's word: He's earned such trust and credibility.

Also, wasn't it witnessed by a reporter and crew who were interviewing the congressman?

Their typical slanted and biased reporting

Because it’s not really newsworthy. It just titillates right-wingers.

Let’s talk more about Bridget Ziegler and her threesomes with her husband, the head of the Florida GOP

So why would that be newsworthy, if this isn’t. Your post makes zero cents. It’s illogical

Doubtful. If you’re doing bareback butt sex, you’re probably not pulling out.

......He stated on social media that "This has been a difficult time for me, as I have been attacked for who I love to pursue a political agenda." When one films a porn scene in a Senate hearing room, the resulting anger is likely focused on the conduct rather than the identity of the parties. A heterosexual tryst would produce the same obvious objections. Indeed, the incident occurred after the recent controversy over Democratic candidate Susanna Gibson posting sex "for tips" videos on the Internet.
