Red flag laws can be abused by the government to ban guns. Look at how they started calling Kanye crazy just because he endorsed Trump.

Red flag laws remove your civil rights without a trial. If guns were not a Constitutional right, red flag laws wouldn't be an issue. Removing civil rights via administrative action by the government is just asking for abuse.
