It was recently reported that some celebrities involved in the Freak Off videos are settling with the victims by paying them off. This is an effort on the celebrities' part to save their name from being mentioned in the lawsuit.

The story is awful, not only for the assault but also how in the world a 13 yr old girl found herself in that situation. Was she with friends? How did her parents not know where she was? This was in 2000 I believe so no cell phones or tracking then.

His ex Cassie told of the abuse years after she broke up with him and had a boyfriend and a baby. I believe the bf told her to tell about the abuse. As for protecting him probably those implicated who were famous themselves

Cuba is the only celeb with mainstream name recognition and he hasn’t done anything in Hollywood in a long time, right?

Right. And I believe he was accused of (and maybe convicted of?) sexual assault of two women.

Yeah this came out when all the MeToo stuff was happening about five years ago, when there was like one famous person a week getting outed and then cancelled. Dozens of accusations and at least one plea deal.

Jimmy Iovine is a BFD. He produced Born to Run, The River, Damn the Torpedoes way back in the day and ended up owning a label, discovering Eminem and many others, selling headphones with Jay-Z and becoming a billionaire. And yes I read his wife’s baby book (which was helpful IIRC). Ick.

DP but it seems to become a cash grab gimmick now. Diddy paid 60m settlement to Cassie and now everyone wants to remain “anonymous” about being a Diddy victim. At least come out and tell your story

He should’ve never paid Cassie a dime. It set a bad precedent. She extorted him under the promise she wouldn’t report him to the police and now she’s named anonymously in the lawsuit as Victim 1 so she was clearly working with the Feds this entire time. She’s a woman who was a willing homewrecker and slept with P Diddy when his ex Kim Porter was eight months pregnant with the twins back in 2006. She knew she was a homewrecker and didn’t care. In fact, she used to apparently laugh at Diddys abuse of Kim. F Cassie.

She didn’t deserve a dime. Now Kim is dead, her four kids are orphans with their only remaining parent and fortune taken away by Cassie.

People like Diddy do not pimp out or abuse women that have dignity and integrity. He knew Cassie was a nobody with no talent desperate for fame and clout and willing to slut herself out to him and male escorts while taking ecstasy. She didn’t care so long as she was wrapped in designer and on the arm of a celebrity. Diddy even bought her parents a house and sent them into early retirement.

She should be thankful to Diddy for changing her life.
