Seems like a lot of upkeep but still fabulous. $9 million dollars.

Only a 2-car garage?
|
| I love this kitchen! actually..If I had this money, I would buy this little nest because every single part of it fits my personality and taste. |
| Wow - for that much money I would need a MUCH nicer kitchen. That's my most important room, seems like a weird afterthought in this house. |
| New poster here. Just curious what you all don't like about the kitchen. I LOVE all the windows in it. |

Kitchen is built for catering, not for family life. And an au pair / nanny suite on the third floor.
You are really paying for the fact that it is built on three lots. Cha-ching. |
I'm the one who asked about the kitchen. Can you be more specific about what makes a kitchen more suitable for family life? (I swear I'm not trying to be obtuse; I live in a row house with a kitchen that badly needs updating and I'm looking for ideas.) |
| To me the kitchen has a lot of space and nice layout. It just needs to be redone to your personal taste. Love this house! |
| Are there ANY kids on Woodland Driver/Normanstone? |
| This is located in Kalorama Heights-home to many diplomatic embassies/ambassador's homes. If a foreign govt. buys it there are no property taxes. |
| it just doesn't match the rest of the house. |

I think the kichen is horrible. First that horrible diner floor? YUCK. It is also not warm at all, the kitchen is very serile. For a home like that the kitchen should be much warmer. The configuration is also a mess.
I'd still buy it though, just simply for the outside appeal and the beautiful wood work. Lovely home. |

The house needs color!! It's like the interior of a SFL home....
The kitchen is horrible! Cherry cabinets, get rid of that floor and please use granite or concrete tops ...with proper Edging. And where's the lighting....they need to spend sometime on HGTV..... |
Totally fugly. . .err not my taste. . .but I LOVE the yard/grounds, especially if it came with a grounds keeper
Seems like a very un-kid friendly house. |
