An older woman just shushed by 3 year old at the Winnie The Pooh movie

The woman is wearing a Pooh shirt and singing along. I am usually super respectful but 1. This is a movie for little kids and 2. The theater is full of kids and it is fairly loud. What a jerk.

As opposed to the jerk playing with her PDA during the movie?

I guess it depends on what your daughter was doing that made the lady single her out of all the noisy kids to shush her. If your daughter was screaming or doing something that was disturbing people's viewing that is different than if the singing lady just decided for no apparent reason to shush your child even though all the other kids were also being loud.

Who was shushing whom? I'm confused.

Yeah OP what's your deal? I'm sure the bright light on your phone while you are tying is annoying as hell! Get over yourself!

Me too. I think OP is saying the woman was shushed by the 3 yo. But her comments make it sound like it happened the other way around.

by the way OP, this is not facebook, we don't need your moment to moment "can you believe this bullshit?" commentary. Maybe the dark theater confused you and you thought you were posting to facebook. Grow up.

Maybe the older gal was a little "off." The 3 yo, IMO, was rude.

Is the 3 yo yours, OP?

If a 3 year old corrects your manners, you are out of line. Now close your browser like you were told at the beginning of the movie.

Depends if she means by or my in the title.

Weird. Your in a movie with your kid and just have to jump on DCUM? That's a new one.

I saw a woman doing this in the "Big Cats of Africa" movie. I wanted to grab it from her and throw it to the back of the theatre. She was with 3 kids--the youngest was 2 and wy too young for the film and her PDA and carping 2 yo ruined my family's experience. Gah!

It's you're.

oh my god, people. did you not read the original post at all. the older woman was wearing a pooh shirt and making noise herself, so OP is wondering why she had the nerve to shush the perfectly normal 3 yo.

so to recap for everyone who can't focus: old lady makes lots of noise at a toddler movie but still manages to find the nerve to shush a toddler. got it?

Got it. Even more trivial than it appears. Thanks for the clarification!
