Stir up trouble, that's ridiculous. It was a genuine question. It's extremely common for All-staters to leave. BF and YT each had one leave last year. Many others have left in prior years. When talking about next year's top teams, it makes sense to ask if any all-staters are leaving for private. One or two major contributors departing makes a massive difference. At the end of the day, it is what it is. I'm not sure why it would be considered stirring up trouble.

Which one do you think would be a good candidate to leave?

BF girls would be smart to head to PVI. They could get playing time and help PVI get to the next level. Assuming the goal is to play in college. If it’s not, stay at the publics.

Why would going to PVI help them get into college? Didn’t a Battlefield girl go to ASU last season? Didn’t Battlefield beat PVI this season? Why not stay at Battlefield and help them get to the next level with the girls you grew up with? I am sure all of the Battlefield girls play high level club and hold their own. As has been discussed ad nauseam on this forum, if you can play, you can play. And these girls can play. Playing in a competitive high school program is not a negative.

Beating teams by 20 doesn’t make you better.

Battlefield did play some easy teams but it also played a lot of hard teams. In terms of strength of schedule I believe it had one of the hardest this past season. It played Madison twice, Robinson and Yorktown for example. Battlefield does not shy away for competition it just happens to have a weak district and region.
