What's the most embarassing food you still eat?

Anonymous
I think I generally eat a fairly well-balanced, healthy diet with lots of fresh foods all prepared at home. BUT, I totally love kraft macaroni and cheese and eat it about once every 4-6 weeks. I would be embarrassed to admit this to my real life friends. Anyone else having an embarrassing food they ate in childhood that they haven't gotten out of their diet?

Haha, that's cute, OP. Did you just look in my fridge? I made some yesterday, and put it away (was too much left), but it's never as good the next day, reheated. I like it, too. I have to admit, I also like SpahgettiOs (without the meatballs; sometimes I just crave the tomato/cheese taste!)

I never ate that canned ravioli/spaghettios as a kid. The other day I tasted my daughter's canned ravioli, and I actually liked it! I was embarassed enough that I let her eat it, but can only admit anonymously that I liked it myself,

I eat local, organic, healthy foods...and Nacho Flavored Combos, Red Vines, and cheese puffs, sometimes all at once and sometimes washed down with a can of cream soda.

I am a major foodie who also eats local, organic, etc., but I still love, love, love a MacDonald’s cheeseburger and fries. With a real Coke it is even better - yum!

My parents would never take me to McDonalds as a kid. I now eat there once a week. Sadly, my children HATE it and often cry when we go. I think my parents' hatred of McDonalds has somehow transferred to my kids. My 4 year old screams, "I want to eat at home." Clearly, he is part of some Anti-American splinter group! What toddler hates McDs?! Other than that I eat very clean during the rest of the week...and at home to appease the kids.

I eat cheddar cheese combos with a coke (not diet) on any car trip over 2 hrs. And I refuse to share. We're talking the big bags too.

There are many things I eat that are embarrassing, even though I know tons about nutrition and *try* to eat healthy most of the time. The worst is my love of Cool Ranch Doritos. I can eat a large bag in a day and be happy. I have to drink some kind of soda with them.

PP about Combos here.... This is my road-trip routine too! And, yes, I usually eat the entire bag. My DH is seriously grossed out by this habit.
