| Because they lie, some of the more unspeakable stories are unbelievable. They did this with their own hands: ruined their credibility. |
Who are you talking about? Both Hamas and the Israeli Government lie constantly. Neither has any credibility. |
Wow! This is an outright lie. You need to read the book, Hostage, by Eli Sharabi. There are tons of interviews still going on by released Israeli hostages and not one of them says they were treated well. Not one. If hostages were treated so well then why were many of them murdered in captivity? Are you familiar with Hirsch Goldberg Polin? He was skin and bones when he was found to have been executed in a tunnel with many shots to his head and his head in the lap of a fellow hostage Eden Yerushalmi. For example Shari Bibas and her 9 month old son Kfir and her 4 year old son Ariel were strangled to death by the peaceful Islamic Jihad in captivity. Most of the hostages were sexually assaulted in captivity. There is testimony from all the hostages who survived. Hostages speak to the public about their experiences all the time. Omer Shem Tov was held alone in the dark for 505 days. Are you living on planet Earth? My God! Where are you getting your information from? It is 100% false. It’s quite astounding, actually, the misinformation you are spreading. Who can take you seriously? There is documented evidence of the horrible conditions the hostages were kept under. When they were released and fattened up by Hamas they still looked sick and gaunt. You aren’t even worthy of a conversation the way you spread lies. You disgust me. Read the report that was posted in the first post and then come back and comment. You will learn that innocent civilians were shot in the face and the genitals. Haas and civilian Palestinians shot nails into a woman’s vagina. Go read it and see the sick sick things the Palestinians you are so dearly defending did. |
You have to stop with the “you are not a serious person” thing. It is a line from a television show and was interesting 5 years ago. |
Dude. We can all see the videos of the hostages as they left captivity, and that’s when Hamas was presumably trying to make the hostages look the best they could. Those were in no way people who were “treated well” no matter what lies you spread. Come on. You are an absolute propagandist nutcase, not to be taken seriously, except for the fact that you are so drenched in propaganda that you will make this grim situation so much worse. I do not think this issue will be resolved in my lifetime, because both sides are inveterate liars. They cannot agree on the most basic of facts, and both sides routinely try to gaslight people who are trying to figure out a way forward. You are no better that the IDF with your lies and your manipulation. |
And yet, you are not a serious person. |
+1 Anyone supporting or defending the actions of Israeli and Palestinian leaders is an enemy of the all good people in this world. |
Dp. Agree. I get embarrassed for this poster everytime she uses it |
DP. So only paid Palestinian propaganda can be used as a "source"? WTF? |
I'm wondering how many posts the PP has written that are pretty much verbatim of the above, to include her oft-used "beheaded babies" line. Lady, the only wackjob STILL ranting about beheaded babies is YOU. In every single one of your posts. |
Don't you ever again order anyone what to question or not question. You seem to think you run this forum and every thread you've ruined with your toxicity. You don't. You're just one of many mentally ill people who uses this site as some kind of weird therapy wherein you scream obscenities at anyone who disagrees with you. I can't imagine what life is like for those who have to live with you. |
Once again, denying Hamas atrocities. You are the most disgusting poster on this entire site. DP |
Precisely this. We're somehow supposed to believe that a violent terrorist group didn't rape and otherwise sexually abuse the female (and male) victims they took hostage. No, instead we're supposed to believe that the hostages were treated humanely and lovingly, fed well, never stuffed into airless tunnels, and certainly never abused, tortured, and raped. All evidence says otherwise - including from the U.N. - but the pro-Hamas lunatics refuse to admit it. Which frankly, just makes me detest them even more. https://news.un.org/en/story/2024/03/1147217 https://www.cnn.com/2025/07/08/middleeast/hostages-gaza-sexual-violence-report-hamas-latam-intl https://www.nbcnews.com/investigations/un-finds-clear-convincing-information-hostages-raped-gaza-rcna141789 https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c1mz8gxzg82o |
Well, that's absolute bull$hit. As usual. Amazing how much time you spend lying. Researchers reviewed and analyzed more than 10,000 photographs and video segments, amounting to more than 1,800 hours of footage, alongside more than 430 testimonies from survivors, witnesses, released hostages, experts and family members. They identified 13 recurring patterns of sexual and gender-based violence across Oct. 7 attack sites, abductions and captivity, including rape, gang rape and other forms of sexual assault, sexual torture, forced nudity, threats of forced marriages, postmortem abuse, the public display of victims and the filming and dissemination of sexualized violence. The evidence “proves that it wasn’t isolated violence, it wasn’t random,” Elkayam-Levy said. “It was a strategy, carried out with exceptional cruelty on victims and on hostages in captivity.” The report devotes specific attention to sexual violence against men and boys, documenting rape, sexual torture, mutilation and sexualized humiliation that the authors say has often been overlooked in public discussion of Oct. 7. The report includes testimonies that have already surfaced, such as from Amit Soussana and Keith Siegel, two former hostages who said they had been sexually assaulted by their captors. But it also includes accounts that had not previously been made public, including cases of sexual violence inflicted in the presence or near vicinity of family members. In at least one case the researchers documented, family members held hostage together were forced to perform sexual acts on one another, an example of what the commission characterizes as “kinocidal” sexual violence, meaning violence aimed at destroying family structures by exploiting familial bonds. “It is precisely because of that early chaos, and the widespread denial, that this report was prepared under the strictest international verification standards, with every testimony and piece of evidence carefully cross-checked and corroborated,” she said. Elkayam-Levy said the backlash she personally experienced was “very scary,” with threats to her life and antisemitic groups circulating her image alongside accusations that she was “lying about Hamas.” https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/israeli-report-on-systematic-oct-7-sexual-violence-seeks-to-shift-debate-from-denial-to-accountability/ar-AA233SZi?ocid=BingNewsSerp https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cgkz0yzde80o |

The same guard struck again days later. After a uniquely tough beating, the guard made him and his fellow hostages take showers. But as Gilboa-Dalal walked out, he says, the guard held him back, refused to let him get dressed, threw him onto a sofa and proceeded to sexually assault him.
“I don’t know exactly how much time because my brain kind of disconnected,” Gilboa-Dalal said. “Then he told me again, ‘If you ever tell this to anyone, I’m gonna kill you.’” Fear for his life kept him from openly talking about his ordeal in captivity, Gilboa-Dalal said. Speaking about it now has become a kind of catharsis. “I had to keep it to myself for such a long time, and now when I speak about it, I feel like it’s important for my healing too,” he said. He hopes that his story will empower other victims to speak — survivors who, like him, have struggled to process the lingering feelings of dread, violation and helplessness. Hostages found ways to cope with the possibility of being assaulted. Amit Soussana 42, for example, said she carried a sanitary pad with her to the bathroom to try and dissuade potential attackers. “I fooled him to think the period is continuing,” she said in “Screams Before Silence,” a 2024 documentary made by Sheryl Sandberg, former chief operating officer at Facebook. “I did it for about a week until I couldn’t lie anymore.” Then the guard came into her shower armed. “The gun was pointing at me and he was huffing and breathing terribly and he had a face like a monster, like a beast,” she said. “And then he forced me to commit a sexual act on him.” Another former hostage, Romi Gonen, 25, told Israel’s Channel 12 last month that she had been repeatedly raped by multiple men during her two years in captivity. “I was injured, I had no power,” she told the documentary show “Uvda.” “All that went through my head was: ‘Romi, everyone in Israel thinks you’re dead, and you’re going to be a sex slave in captivity.’” In December 2023, she said a senior Hamas official offered to prioritize her in the next hostage release if she would stay silent about the abuse. “There is a reason for trying to hide it, not just a cultural reason,” said Sharon Zagagi-Pinhas, former chief military prosecutor for the Israel Defense Forces, and a founder of the Dinah Project, an organization that gathers testimony from survivors of sexual assault on Oct. 7 and in the years that followed in the hopes of one day prosecuting the perpetrators. “When you want to present yourself as freedom fighter, as resistance, you can’t use sexual violence,” she said. Many victims who were raped during the Oct. 7 attacks were killed, she said, and a number of former hostages “are unable to speak because they’re under trauma.” But Pinhas has said she’s been frustrated by what she considers a relatively muted response from the international community, particularly Western feminists and international women’s rights organizations. “I don’t believe the world is paying adequate attention,” she said. “People don’t want to hear it because they are so consumed in their arguments against Israel.” https://www.nbcnews.com/world/israel/several-former-hamas-hostages-gaza-share-accounts-sexual-assault-rcna344263 |
